Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation. Implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning. Oversee employee engagement programs and monitor participation and satisfaction. Manage HR systems to ensure high data accuracy. Supervise workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health standards in cooperation with operations lead.
